Minging&Construction Air Filter Paper
Excavators, wheel loaders and mining trucks operate under heavy loads in mines, job sites and dusty regions where airborne dust concentrations are extremely high. Their air filters therefore require far greater filtration capability than ordinary vehicles — and the filter paper is the core that makes this possible. Mining & construction air filters typically adopt a multi-stage design of “cyclone pre-cleaner + primary filter element + safety element”: the pre-cleaner removes large dust particles first, the primary element handles the main filtration task, and the safety element provides back-up protection. The filter paper of the primary element must deliver high Dust-Holding capacity (to extend service intervals), high filtration efficiency (to protect the engine), high tensile strength and moisture/temperature resistance (to withstand vibration, pulse airflow and harsh weather). In short, the mining & construction air filter is the engine’s guardian in harsh environments, and the filter paper is the filtering heart of that guardian — filter paper quality directly determines how well the engine is protected from wear, how long service intervals can be, and the overall availability of the machine.
