Heavy Duty Air Filter Paper.（Inner, Safety, Secondary Filter)
Large air filters (as used on trucks, construction machinery and generator sets) typically adopt a two-stage filtration design: a primary filter element plus a safety element. The primary element handles daily filtration, while the safety element is installed inside it as a “safety net” — if the primary element is damaged, loses its seal, or during primary element replacement, the safety element takes over immediately to prevent dust from reaching the engine. The safety element’s filter paper is what makes this possible: it must deliver sufficiently high filtration efficiency while maintaining extremely low intake resistance, along with good strength and moisture resistance to withstand pulse airflow and harsh conditions. The quality of the safety filter paper directly determines the safety element’s back-up capability — and ultimately, engine safety in worst-case scenarios.
